Products, pricing, and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Cover appearance, color, and other details may vary slightly from what appears on a screen. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance; we may decline or cancel an order and will refund any payment collected for an item we cannot provide.

Orders and payment

Payment is due when an order is placed and is processed securely through the payment services shown at checkout. You are responsible for supplying current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We may contact you to verify an order or resolve an issue before fulfillment.

Shipping

Unless a product or checkout screen states otherwise, current flat-rate shipping is $10 to the continental United States, $15 to Alaska and Hawaii, and $25 to international destinations. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges imposed by the destination country.

Personalized books

A personalized edition includes a signature and a custom message. After purchase, follow the link in your order email to provide the order number, purchaser email address, recipient name, and message for each personalized copy. Personalization begins only after we receive complete instructions. Please review spelling and wording carefully; we are not responsible for customer-submitted errors. We may refuse content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate and will contact you about alternatives or a refund.

Returns, cancellations, and damaged orders

Contact [email protected] promptly if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and include the order number and photographs when possible. Because personalized products cannot be resold, they are not returnable after personalization has begun unless damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method.

Electronic editions and third-party sellers

Electronic editions sold by another retailer, including Kindle editions sold by Amazon, are governed by that retailer’s purchase, delivery, return, and privacy terms. Canyon Hill Publishing cannot directly modify or refund a third-party transaction.

Website use and intellectual property

The text, graphics, logos, book materials, and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to Canyon Hill Publishing and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape, interfere with, or exploit site content or functionality without permission.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Project Introductions are additionally governed by the Project Introduction Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Canyon Hill Publishing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or a purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page. The terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order. These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Canyon Hill Publishing operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
